01Is my data safe? Who can see it?
Only providers you authorise. Every access is logged in an append-only audit trail. We are NDPC-licensed and storage stays inside Nigeria.
02I don't have a NIN. Can I still get an HPN?
Yes. Identity is verified at onboarding — with a government ID, a professional licence, or in-facility attestation.
03Can I share my record with a non-PHB hospital?
Yes — via a secure, single-use, expiring link or a printed summary. The hospital does not need a PHB account.
04How does Elara (AI) work and what does it decide?
Elara helps a nurse triage your symptoms in your language and drafts notes. A licensed clinician always confirms. AI assists, never decides.
05What does this cost a patient?
Creating an HPN is free, for life. Care is billed by your provider or covered by NHIA. PHB does not charge patients for identity or record access.
06Where can I read the full privacy notice?
At /privacy — or search "PHB privacy notice". You can export or delete your data within 30 days, end-to-end.
