Build Nigeria’s health infrastructure.
PHB is a small team building something that matters. We are not a startup chasing growth metrics — we are infrastructure engineers, clinicians, product builders and policy thinkers building a system that outlasts all of us.

Infrastructure thinking
We build systems that outlast their builders. Every decision is weighed for what it means in 20 years, not just the next sprint.
Honest about what we don't know
PHB is an early product in a complex domain. We say "we don't know yet" or "this is a simplification" when that is true.
Inclusion is not a phase two feature
The no-smartphone user in Bayelsa is a first-class stakeholder from day one. If a feature only works on a good internet connection, it is not finished.
Clinicians are colleagues, not users
We build with clinical advisors embedded in the team. AI assists; a licensed professional always confirms. This is a design constraint, not a marketing line.
Data belongs to patients
Every architectural decision is filtered through "does this respect the patient's ownership of their data?" — not just "is this NDPA compliant?"
Small team, high craft
We are not trying to hire fast. We want people who care about getting things right and are willing to work on hard, ambiguous problems.

We respect your time. Our process is designed to let us understand your work and let you understand ours — without take-home tests that take 10 hours or interview loops that drag on for months.
